Planning the full loop next weekend. Is the spring at mile 4 still running this late in the season, and is the creek at mile 7 worth counting on? Carrying four litres if not.

The spring at mile 4 was running last weekend, slow but clean. The creek at mile 7 is dry until the rains, so four litres is the right call.
Update from this morning: the spring at mile 4 is running again after the rain.
And the creek at mile 7 has a trickle now; still carry the four litres.
